From Nayoro JR Station to the university:  About 5 minutes by taxi.

International Exchange Centre 

　The International Exchange Center of Nayoro City University is responsible for the international exchange activities of Nayoro City University and Nayoro City University Junior College Department. These activities include academic exchange between affiliated institutions and international study programmes for both foreign and Japanese students.
